~ Paying for Your Wedding ~

Please be sure to read the Wedding Costs page to better understand the costs and fees associated with your wedding ceremony and my services.

Preferred payment for your wedding should be made using cash or certified money orders or bank checks. I prefer not to accept personal checks for various reasons. Any payments made using personal checks may delay the filing and validation of the marriage license until such checks have cleared.

In order to reduce any last minute details on your wedding day, I recommend that you provide your marriage license and any outstanding fees in advance or at your rehearsal. This simply gives you one less thing to worry about on your special day.

~ Payment Schedules ~

Reservation Fee:

The Reservation Fee needs to be paid as soon as the date and time is agreed upon. Your non-refundable $50 locks the date and time for your special event on my calendar.

Pre-Wedding Consultation Fee:

Your $50 non-refundable consultation fee is due at the time of our meeting.

Rehearsal Fees:

If you should choose to have me participate in your rehearsal, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve the date and time on my calendar. The rehearsal balance is due the date of the rehearsal.

Wedding Fees:

Your wedding ceremony fees are due by or on the wedding day. You are welcome to pay in advance. Absolutely no personal checks will be accepted for payment on the wedding day.

Extra fees:

• Ceremony preparation fees when applicable
• The ordering of a decorated keepsake binder of your ceremony personalized ceremonies,
• Poetry written for your ceremony, etc...
• Parking, tolls, or other travel related expenses
